With a large Occupational Therapy team and a multidisciplinary environment, you’ll be surrounded by great support. The team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists. They are looking to welcome a New Graduate Occupational Therapist who wants structured guidance, realistic expectations, and a balanced week across clinic and community. This is a 50/50 clinic and community-based position, with a predominantly paediatric caseload (approximately 90% paeds, 10% adults). You’ll be supported to build strong foundations in assessment, goal setting, session planning, family coaching and documentation, with a steady ramp-up in workload to match your development.
